Bringing the flavours of Nepal to the streets of Scotland, we’re fusing tradition with a modern twist on authentic Nepalese street food favourites.

Established in 2022, Choola brings a taste of Nepal to the streets of Scotland, offering up something new, packed with flavour and made using locally sourced ingredients where possible.
With Nepalese cuisine currently missing from the Scottish street food scene, Choola serves up food inspired by authentic dishes found in both the street markets and the homes of Nepal – from traditional family favourites such as Momos (Nepalese dumplings), to fragrant curries, to our chef’s own take on street food specials, we’re bringing Nepalese food and culture to the masses.
Choola is founded and run by a husband-and-wife duo, Ameer & Nicole, and just as family and community is central to Nepalese culture, not only do we want to bring people together through great food & service, but we also want our Choola family to extend to our customers, our suppliers, and the people we work with, while also giving back to and supporting local communities, causes and charities where & when we can.
